Holiday Property Management

Whether you rent out your holiday home or not we can look after your property and arrange any services or maintenance that may be required. Conveniently situated in the main street of Jesus Pobre (between Denia and Javea) our office covers not only the village itself but the Javea Montgo and Valls area, La Sella and La Jara. As the area continues to develop and attract more second home buyers we take away the worry of looking after your property in your absence. Key holding, cleaning and laundry are our main services but we can also supervise pool cleaners and gardeners and recommend workmen for minor repairs or building work.

If you arrange your own private bookings we can provide these services as well as key collection and be on hand to help with any problems your clients may have during their stay, even if only advice on restaurants and places to visit. When the property is empty we visit to check on security and maintenance and damage due to bad weather etc. These services are also available to those that do not let their property but perhaps are used only a few times per year for family and friends.
